First of all, DON'T PANIC.
Panicking only helped that one time we don't like to mention, and even then it might have been better if you hadn't. The villagers might have been able to help if they didn't think you were a madman.
But let's not think about that right now... It might help if you do the dishes. You always feel better when things are clean.
Still feeling anxious? You've got time--go for a walk outside. Physical activity relaxes the body and clears the head...
When you get back, check your notes and review the company website. Make sure you've got headphones so you don't get that annoying feedback.
No use giving them a chance to confuse the annoying technology with the annoying candidate. Because you're not. Quit that, you're fine. Just go get dressed.
Make sure your hair's not a mess, practice a smile and a "oh yes, certainly" face, and go ahead, put on a shirt and skinny tie. If it makes you feel better, put on those nice dress pants and those dress shoes like a real (not virtual) interview. See? Now you're feeling like it's not just some trick of the internets.
And hey, why not brush your teeth? They won't smell your breath, but you will. Clean makes confident.
OK, you're ready to go! You'll do fine. Just remind yourself that you've got the skills they're looking for, and you're just as good as anybody else. You can do it!
...
How'd it go?
Not so sure? Relax, you did fine. Now it's just a matter of waiting to hear back from them. Loosen up that tie and cool off.
Go outside and take a breath of fresh air. It really is a pretty nice day.

And don't forget to smell the roses at that church across the street.
Bravo! Nicely done. I feel like I was there. Or could be there if I ever needed to conduct a skype interview.
